I have a question about the SIR EdTech program or one of the challenges, what do I need to do?

There are multiple ways to ask your question:

Is your question about one of the challenges or about the information in the documents?

  1. Join the information meetup at May 4, sign up here
  2. Send your question before April 21(first round) or May 5(second round) via the questions button on the procurement platform and we will make sure to answer it in the first or second Information Notice.

Is your question about the UEA(ESPD) document?

  • We host 2 online drop-in session for questions about the ESPD form, sign up via the procurement platform
    • 17 May from 10:00 – 10:30 AM
    • 22 May from 10:00 – 10:30 AM

Is there an information meetup for the Startup in Residence EdTech 2.0 program?

Yes, there is!

The information meetup is on May 4 from 11:00 – 12:00 AM.

What is a startup within the Startup in Residence program?

Startup in Residence focusses on startups. For this EdTech edition, a startup needs to meet the following requirements:

  • The Startup must consist of natural persons or a legal entity;
  • The Startup may not have been registered for more than six years with the Dutch Chamber

    of Commerce or any equivalent office in the country of its incorporation;

  • If the Startup consists of a legal entity, the company may not have more than 20 salaried

    FTE;

  • The company may not be a Startup that has either arisen from or is part of another com-

    pany with 250 employees or more.

  • The Startup must possess a MVP (minimal viable product) / prototype / beta version of

    the solution at the moment the Tender is submitted.
