Successful Onboarding



Background

On average, the City of Groningen welcomes around 190 new employees every year. But when new employees start, they often run into some difficulties. Access passes have not been activated, their account isn’t working yet, workflows, processes and using systems like YouForce and Dafinci are unclear. In short, anything but a running start. These problems affect interns, trainees, temp workers and full-time employees. As an organization, we don’t consider these good employment practices.

The case/ the challenge for startups

Develop a solution that allows new employees to start their first day as effective and pleasant as possible.

Criteria

The startup is not required to speak Dutch, but it will be helpful in communicating with employees of the different HRM departments.
