Provincie Noord-Holland has the ambition to come to a structurally different way of arranging meetings and exchanging ideas. We want to grow into an organization in which meetings lead to actions, to understanding, to decision making, to ideas and solutions, to inspiration or to knowledge sharing
The challenge:
We are looking for a way to make meetings more effective and efficient. Deploy a game, tool or app that you’ve developed which facilitates this. We want to arrange meetings in which participants actively contribute to what’s being discussed, sit on the edge of their seat and leave the meeting satisfied and full of energy. Additionally, we aim to drastically shorten the absolute meeting time, creating space in the agendas of employees. The challenge is to achieve this for all employees, for all meetings.
