Background:
Each victim of unsafe smartphone use in traffic is one too many. However, the possibilities of the road authority to do something about this are not endless. Road users also have a great responsibility when it comes to making use of their smartphones in a safe way. Additionally, in order to monitor this risk there should be an objective on the amount of victims and / or risks we as a society consider acceptable.
The challenge:
We are looking for a way to ensure a traffic-safe way of mobile phone use. How do we as joint governments together with social parties and the business world reverse the negative trend in the number of serious road casualties? How do we proactively focus on risks of insecurity?
