The training programme includes a series of workshops and training sessions on the essentials of modern entrepreneurship: business models, value propositions, partnerships, and agile methodology. In addition, there will be workshops on how the province works and how to navigate its procurement policies.
Each startup will be paired with two mentors: one leadmentor who will guide the startups during the whole programme and one challenge-specific mentor who will offer knowledge and expertise on the challenge subject. At the beginning of the programme we’ll organize topic deep-dive sessions to get everyone aligned.
Startups will be linked to the knowledge and expertise that is already present within the province’s own network of partners. In addition, we are on the lookout for new partners that can bring specialist knowledge to the table. We are looking to organize local meetups concerning legal matters, communications, finance, online marketing and technology.
Startups will get access to workspace within the refurbished office of the province of Zuid-Holland. Our office is located in Den Haag within walking distance of Central Station. It will provide the basis for building new relationships.
