There are lots of vacant spaces in business parks in the province Zuid-Holland. These spaces are hard to locate and currently have to be mapped manually. With today’s technology there must be smarter and more innovative ways to do this more efficiently. We would also like to use such data as input for our decisions, for example to decide whether building new offices is necessary or what options there are to redevelop them.
We are looking for creative ideas that can help us map and monitor the vacant spaces in business parks in Zuid-Holland. Options to find out if a building is vacant could include analyzing satellite, energy, internet or phone data or monitoring parking spaces or the temperature in the building.
