Introducing the new face of SwiftComply in Amsterdam: Lily van Hende. The goal of SwiftComply is to make the restaurant compliance process simpler, easier and better for all parties involved. The first pilot is currently taking place in Centrum, where restaurant owners are asked to give some insight into whether or not they are using a grease separator in their kitchens, and to create awareness about the effects of having them installed. The goal of improving restaurant compliance procedures is to reduce the amount of so-called fatbergs in sewer systems. Removing mountains of grease from water networks is time-consuming and costly. Besides gaining more insights and creating awareness, the pilot aims to motivate restaurant owners to sign up for SwiftComply, to help them with their compliance.
